    • Break down SMART goals into actionable steps with clear timelines and milestones

    Module 2: Prioritizing Your Time
    • Understand the 80/20 Rule
    • The Urgent/Important Matrix in a assertive way
    • Identify high-impact tasks and allocate time based on value rather than urgency

    Module 3: Planning Wisely
    • Creating Your Productivity Journal
    • The Wow Moment : Glass Jar - Rocks, Pebbles, Sand, and Water
    • Reflect and review daily plans to continuously improve productivity and time use

    Module 4: Tackling Procrastination
    • Identify the root causes of procrastination
    • Apply the “Eat That Frog” principle by tackling the most important task first each day
    • Break large or complex tasks into smaller, manageable actions to build momentum

    Module 5: Organizing Your Workspace
    • De-Clutter and manage our workflow
    • Calendars and planner that does the job
    • Implement simple systems to declutter and maintain an organized physical and digital workspace

    Module 6: Delegating Made Easy
    • Identify tasks suitable for delegation based on priority, complexity, and team capability
    • Communicate clear expectations, outcomes, and deadlines when assigning work
    • Monitor progress effectively while maintaining trust and avoiding micromanagement
