CCISG does not have any tie-ups with the Government for any grants or subsidy. But we do give our members a 5% discount for life time for any course registration.

However, if your company has the process set up to apply for any training subsidy or grant, please proceed. It is subject to approve.

Should a course have to be cancelled, you will receive an email from us notifying you of the cancellation some time in advance. In this case, you may refer to our Course Calendar for the adjourned dates to re-register.

However, if you have made payment to CCISG, a complete refund will be made to you via cheque within 14 working days.

Should a course have to be postponed, you will receive a system email from us notifying you of the postpone some time in advance. There are two options for you to choose in the email.
1) Transfer the registration to the new upcoming date
2) Cancel the registration

However, if you choose to transfer the registration, a new system invoice will be sent to you upon you click the transfer link in the email. If you choose to cancel the registration and have made payment to CCISG, a complete refund will be made to you via cheque within 14 working days.

You will receive a computer-generated invoice immediately upon registration. This invoice is an original copy which requires no signature.
