    In high-demand, fast-paced work environments, the pressure to perform can lead to emotional exhaustion and stress. When left unsupported, employees may face burnout, compassion fatigue, and frustration, which in turn diminishes job satisfaction and overall work performance. This workshop is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and tools to recognize early signs of emotional burnout and provide practical strategies to prevent and resolve it effectively.

    By addressing the root causes of emotional exhaustion, participants will learn how to create a healthier work-life balance, manage stress, and maintain empathy and compassion in their roles.     Objective
    The primary objective of this workshop is to equip individuals working in fast-paced, high-demand environments with the tools and knowledge to identify, prevent, and manage emotional burnout. By understanding the impact of stress and emotional exhaustion on their work performance and personal well-being, participants will gain practical strategies to maintain emotional balance, build resilience, and enhance their overall job satisfaction and effectiveness.

    By the end of this session, participants will:

    • Identify early signs of burnout, recognize the key emotional, physical, and psychological symptoms of burnout, such as chronic stress, exhaustion, reduced empathy, and feelings of frustration or helplessness.
    • Understand the impact of emotional burnout on both individual and organizational performance, including decreased productivity, reduced job satisfaction, and impaired decision-making.
    • Develop emotional self-awareness. Through guided exercises and reflection, participants will gain a deeper understanding of their emotional triggers and stressors, allowing them to become more attuned to their emotional needs and limits.
    • Build resilience and emotional boundaries by exploring how to maintain empathy and compassion in the workplace without sacrificing their own emotional well-being. They will learn to set healthy emotional boundaries, preventing compassion fatigue and emotional exhaustion

    Driven by her mission to support individuals during challenging times, Eve transitioned to start her own coaching practice, where she now serves as a grief coach.
