- Improved conflict resolution through understanding and application of the core principles of non-violent communications (NVC). NVC is an approach developed by Dr. Marshall B. Rosenberg to enhanced communication, understanding, and connection based on the principles of nonviolence and humanistic psychology.
- Building emotional resilience to stay calm and centred under pressure and to handle difficult conversations with empathy.
- Enhance empathy and understanding through a deeper understanding of others' feelings and needs, improving relationships between team members and creating an atmosphere of trust and cooperation.
