"The Supreme Art of War is to subdue the enemy without fighting"
Sun Tzu
In the Art of War, famed Chinese general Sun Tzu mused that for a general to win a war he must consider five factors. They are: Doctrine, Weather, Terrain, Commanders and Law. These five factors can be used to dictate the rules of engagement and if enough attention is paid to this will ensure that the war can be won without a fight. Lot has changed in the past 2500 years since this treatise was written but the fundamental gist of the Art of War is still relevant in the way business are run today. In this one-day application-oriented workshop, you will learn how you can use some of the key Art of War strategies as a powerful metaphor to influence your thinking and dictate your course of action. By mastering these strategies, you will become good at taking initiative, calculated risk, recognize opportunities to exploit positively, remove unproductive conflicting situations and weighing the consequences of your next course of action. The possibilities to achieve success (win without fighting) are limitless.
