In writing the First Time Leadership book and interviewing 220 leaders from 37 countries, Daniel Lee uncovered 30 competencies for successful leadership of any team. He then broke them down further into the 5 laws of leadership, the essentials that any team leader must know, and reveals them in this highly practical 1-day workshop.

This is Day 1 of his 4-day signature programme based on the First Time Leadership 3C Framework. All topics covered falls under the 'Consciousness' column of that framework.
