Coaching is fast becoming an important tool for team development that can help unlock the potential of your team. By providing coaching, you can increase motivation, improve performance, and enhance communication within your team. Having the ability and the skills to coach is thus a valuable asset to develop for yourself. Coaching is a form of development in which a coach works with an individual or team to improve their performance and achieve their goals. Coaching is not about telling people what to do, but rather guiding them to discover their own solutions and strategies. But how to coach effectively? Lucky for us, Coaching skills can be learnt and mastered.
In this intensive and experiential 1-Day workshop, participants will be able to quickly gain the skill to coach through Trainer’s demonstrations and role-plays. We will learn the “fine art” of coaching, exploring areas such as; how to ask impactful questions for deep reflections and actions; the importance of building trust and rapport; and embracing empathy for deeper level of understanding in situations. The workshop will explore different frameworks and models of coaching that the participants can immediately apply in their practice. Analyze Case Studies to deepen your understanding and gain insights. Take this opportunity to master your coaching skills and build stronger relationships with your teams. The facilitator, Maximus Sia, is a certified International Coach (ICI), a Master Practitioner in NLP - Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and a certified Practitioner in NLE - Neuro-Linguistic Enneagram.
