Using the Mind-change installation™ program
"The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts" Marcus Aurelius
The basic definition of critical thinking is how we can critique our own thinking process. To become an excellent critical thinker requires you to achieve a state of intellectual independence in your thinking process. In order to do this, you will need to apply intellectual discipline that moves you towards intellectual humility and away from intellectual arrogance. This might seem a mouthful, but the brutal truth is that our thinking is affected by our biases and ego. If you can manage these two attributes objectively, you will become better at your thinking. This then will allow you to be more situationally aware and adapt your thinking style to identify problems and work towards finding workable solutions. Mastering critical thinking will also allow you to become an excellent decision maker.
This comprehensive one-day workshop will demonstrate how you can achieve this state of mind by using proven Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP™) methodology. NLP is not a soft-skill or training strategy. It is a mental installation program that once activated in your brain allows you to take charge of your thinking process and direct it the way you want it to go. Applying the NLP installation process, you can control your thinking to see things from different perspective, evaluate information and sharpen your powers of intuition. You will be better able to manage people who may use non-critical thinking by re-directing them to see things your way. This is a powerful process that will set you apart from the rest and make you a true asset to yourself and your organization.
