As a professional speaker, Cynthia has been a professional speaker for the past 22 years and she has spoken in 23 countries and regions over 5 continents, including U.S., Sweden, The Netherlands, Finland, France, Spain, Portugal, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Thailand, India, The Philippines, Vietnam, Brunei and more.
Cynthia has appeared in U.S.A Discover Your Talent Show, Singapore Radio Program 938Live 4 times, Hong Kong Radio 3, and Malaysia Business Radio Station BFM as a guest speaker on the subject of Voice. She’s a regular guest on podcasts from around the world.
Cynthia has spoken to more than 10,000 audience members across industries, from the world’s top MNCs as K & L Gates Washington D.C., Stanford University, Sofia University, Google Asia Pacific, HSBC Singapore, Procter & Gamble International Operations Southeast Asia Singapore Branch, to Government bodies as British High Commission Singapore, Singapore Air Force.
In the knowledge and practice of Enneagram, Cynthia is an IEA Accredited Professional and has learned with some of the world’s best teachers as Russ Hudson, Helen Palmer, etc. Cynthia has been using Enneagram in her coaching work for the past 15 years. Cynthia has spoken in International Enneagram Conference, European Enneagram Conference 3 times, Latin American Enneagram Conference and African Enneagram Conference on the topic of Voice and Enneagram. She’s the first and only woman accredited Enneagram Teacher by International Enneagram Association in Singapore.
