This course provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles, methodologies, and practical tools. Through a hands-on approach, participants will learn how to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies, reduce waste, and improve overall quality and productivity. This course is designed for individuals and organizations seeking to enhance their problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.
Objective
- Interactive facilitated workshop with 70% experiencial (hand on) learning with 30% interspersed AV based presentation
- Break out group activities with 4 to 5 learners per group. Total participants size for workshop not to exceed 15 pax to ensure effective interaction and learning internalization
- Proprietary simulation based activities to create various Lean Six Sigma environment & challenges and real time application of lesson learnt to participants’ workplace challenges
- Extensive wall paper & post it note activities to visualize & create process maps for “as-is” and “to-be” (good amount wall space and movable tables & chairs for the workshop is advised)
- (Optional) – Pre-workshop activity to fill out template by each participant to identify all individual process, additional activities both during work hours and after work hours (work related) activities to help prepare project hoppers & opportunity prioritization during workshop
