Critical Thinking Mastery: Making Better Decisions in a Complex World
In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, the ability to think critically has become one of the most sought-after skills. With the proliferation of information, AI-generated content, and increasingly complex business challenges, PMETs must develop robust frameworks for evaluating information, making sound decisions, and solving problems effectively.
This intensive one-day workshop equips participants with practical critical thinking tools and frameworks that can be immediately applied in their professional contexts. Through a blend of theory, real-world case studies, and hands-on exercises, participants will learn to identify cognitive biases, evaluate arguments, analyze complex situations, and make well-reasoned decisions under uncertainty.
The programme is designed to be highly interactive and contextualised to Singapore's business environment, with examples drawn from various industries and current workplace challenges.
Some participants are requested to bring an internet-enabled laptop to the roundtable for the activities, as it will be required for the Generative AI case study. Other participants may use their own smartphones for the exercises. Please remember to bring chargers as well. Thank you.

Profile of Andrew Chow
Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) | Keynote Speaker | Singapore Top 10 Most Influential Speakers | Community Top Voice | 700 AI-Powered Apps | MBA
Architect of Human and AI Potential
Andrew Chow operates at the intersection of human psychology and technological innovation, applying systemic thinking to understand how personality frameworks, digital ecosystems, and AI capabilities interconnect to unlock transformative potential.
Systemic Approach to Human Development
Andrew specializes in the Enneagram not merely as a typing tool, but as a systems lens for understanding how individual patterns ripple through teams, organizations, and networks. His work reveals the feedback loops between self-awareness, behavioral change, and collective impact—recognizing that unlocking one person's potential creates cascading effects throughout their sphere of influence.
Critical Analysis of Digital Transformation
As a strategist in social media, public relations, and personal branding, Andrew applies critical thinking to question conventional approaches. His best-selling 247 series challenges readers to examine assumptions about visibility, influence, and reputation in increasingly complex digital landscapes. Rather than prescribing formulas, he equips professionals to evaluate contexts, weigh trade-offs, and make evidence-based decisions about their strategic positioning.
Creative Innovation in AI Applications
Andrew's development of over 700 AI applications demonstrates creative thinking at scale—not merely adopting technology, but reimagining workflows, training methodologies, and interactive experiences. His approach explores possibilities beyond obvious use cases, combining intuitive pattern recognition with pragmatic experimentation to discover novel applications that enhance both productivity and human engagement.
Global Perspective on Interconnected Systems
Having spoken across 15+ countries and served as President of Asia Professional Speakers Singapore, Andrew understands how ideas, practices, and innovations transfer—and transform—across cultural and organizational boundaries. This global lens informs his systemic perspective: recognizing that solutions must account for context, interdependencies, and emergent properties rather than linear cause-and-effect.
Integrative Thinking Framework
Andrew's unique value lies in his ability to integrate psychological depth (Enneagram), strategic communication (PR/branding), and technological acceleration (AI)—revealing how these domains interact rather than exist in isolation. This integrative approach models the kind of multidimensional thinking necessary for navigating complexity in the modern landscape.
