Building a Strengths-Based Organisation
As we transit to the fifth industrial revolution, many organisations find that their competitive advantage is their people and the talents of their people. This is especially true of organisations that are composed of mainly knowledge workers. Yet, survey after survey report that employees are disengaged, with little opportunity to do what they are best at. How can leaders transform their organisations into workplaces where their employees apply their strengths to their jobs and contribute their best work to the organisation? What can leaders do to transit from their current organisational cultures to a strengths-based organisation?
