2 Days Fundamental of Design Thinking Workshop
Design thinking is a proven non-linear, iterative process that operational team leads could use to understand users, challenge assumptions, redefine problems and create innovative solutions to prototype and test. It is most useful to tackle ill-defined or unknown problems and involves five systematic phases in a Value Chain.
Design Thinking starts with Oneself (ie ME) uses various prototyping methodologies and physical props to help participants to visualize the challenges and the solution and most importantly, to get a buy-in to ideas and/or solutions.
