A Systematic Way to Drive Creativity as A Leader
Creativity goes beyond the common perception that it only lies in idea generation. In fact, everyone is creative in their own way.
Rather than leave the creativity to a few who seem to excel in idea generation, leaders need to realise that creativity is required from the effective identification of problems, idea generation, and evaluation of ideas, to the final implementation of solutions. All along that way, the team must think and see problems in new ways and with different perspectives, to realise that there may be more than merely one “right” answer.
This 1 day workshop shows participants how to foster their team’s ability to approach challenges and problems with appropriate techniques and tools take a process and methodical approach towards creativity and innovation.
In the end, participants will come to realise that regardless of their industry or technical specialisation, that they work with a team of ‘creatives’.
