Methodology
In this 1 day workshop, we combine the best of experiential techniques and methologies from Laughter Yoga and NLP ( Neuro Linguistic Programming) to help all of our participants.
Laughter Yoga is a unique concept that people can laugh for no reasons and is one of the fastest way to help one in improving their physical /mental /emotional health. Today, Laughter Yoga have spread to more than 110 countries over the last 25 years and is on track to co create a world of health and happiness
NLP ( Neuro Linguistic Programming) is also another proven technique to help one transform their mindset and life perspective, attitude, and behaviors

IVY has enjoyed sports, such as swimming and hiking since she was a child. She used to read philosophy books and explored the meaning of life. Yoga science is the science of understanding the mechanisms of the entire human system, it is also a philosophy and how to transcend the dimensions of life through yoga's self-training, she had been exploring of this since her childhood. She went to VYASA Yoga University in India to investigate how yoga can help people restore health and take part in the physical therapy of yoga courses, such as yoga for neck pain, yoga for lower back pain, yoga and diabetes, yoga and cancer, she hopes to help more people restore health mechanisms.
In July 2019, she has experienced LAUGHTER YOGA, obtained the teacher certification of LAUGHTER YOGA and began to sow the seeds of laughter.
In December 2019, she conducted a two-day LAUGHTER YOGA LEADER TRAINING for one organization with more than 30 students in Sri Lanka. The seeds of laughter were successfully spread in the local land. The trained LEADER began to teach laughter yoga sessions. In less than two months, the laugher yoga movement has entered various fields, such as schools, the military, companies, elderly centers, cancer centers, orphanages, and so on.
During 2020 special covid-19 period, IVY hosted laugher yoga course on zoom , and helped countless people to be happy and healthy.
IVY YUAN, the laughter angel, she hopes to spread the seeds of laughter in more places, so that people can get physical and mental health through the movement of laughter yoga.
"To be the light, to be the love, to give light to more people" --- It is her life motto.

在2020年Covid-19期间,IVY 通过zoom 主持了近半年的网上笑瑜伽课程,帮助了无数的世界各地的人们开心健康地渡过特殊的时期。

Having spent more than 10 years working in the corporate world, Tang CT has realised the importance of work life balance and passion.
After leaving the corporate world, Tang CT has personally embarked on a self discovery journey leading him to uncover his life purpose and mission. It is to inspire and support others on the journey of growth, wellness and transformation.
He has then helped many individuals let go of their personal sufferings and transform their life through one on one transformational sessions
He is continuously upgrading himself with life transformational methologies to support his clients better.
In Year 2019, Tang CT realised that the stress level of people are rising at a alarming rate, and he decided to travel to India to train personally with the founder of Laughter Yoga.
With Laughter Yoga, he is now able to reach out and impact more people at the same time.
He has led numerous laughter yoga sessions in Singapore. He has also led a 2 full days laughter yoga leader course in Sri Lanka and empowered 26 laughter yoga leaders from Sri Lanka to spread laughter laughter in a big way in their own country.
