    Profile of Ramesh Rao
    Ramesh Rao holds degrees in engineering, finance, and an MBA in supply chain & finance. He is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Lean Master, Supply Chain Practitioner & Design Thinking Facilitator. With 25 years of experience in multi industry & multi-cultural environment, Ramesh held multiple positions in operations & office functions and successfully implemented lean process & practices across all the organizations with positive financial impact to the company bottom line. In his last job, he held the regional operations lead position overseeing 3 factories across 3 countries and subsequently as a global finance controller overseeing USD 500 M budget, 5 SBUs across 6 countries & 3 continents. Currently Ramesh runs a business consultancy based in Singapore specializing in turnarounds and transformations
