    The Six-Steps Self-Motivation for Optimal Performance
    • Are you achieving what you really desire in life? In your career?...  Why not?

    • What's the difference between those who keep failing to achieve their goals, and those who achieve their goal easily every time?

    Often, the reason is self-motivation.
    Self-motivation is the ability to do what needs to be done, without influence from other people or situations. It is a life skill that can be learned.
    People with this skill can find reasons and strength to complete a task, no matter how challenging it can be, without giving up or needing another person to encouraged them.
    The good thing is that anyone can learn to be self-motivated to realise their optimal performance. You can too!
    Objective
    During this 1-day course, participants will be introduced to the simple yet effective Six-Steps Self-Motivation model.
    • They will understand the true meaning of motivation and apply it effectively on themselves.
    • They will be able to distinguish their needs from their desires and identify their true desires.
    • They will learn to take control of their lives and transform their desires into realities.
    • They will learn to develop mental strength that drives them to do whatever it takes.
    • Finally, they will acquire the mindset of lifelong optimal achievement.

    They will be motivated to learn and apply the knowledge themselves then transfer the knowledge to their subordinates for them to use in their workplace for optimal achievement for the whole department/organisation.

    Profile of Johnny Lee
