Performance Feedback With The Right Touch
    Transforming your performance reviews

Two typical challenges faced by leaders today are:
    1) Almost nobody enjoys a performance review conversation. This includes the leaders themselves as well as their team members
    2) There are persistent performance gaps in their team members and the leaders are exasperated at the lack of improvements

Performance review conversations will not go away. It allows the leader and the team members to know how they are tracking and to make timely adjustments where needed. Furthermore, the younger generations want more frequent feedback on how they are doing.

As a leader, your goal is to achieve results through a motivated and engaged team. Your ability to add positive energy and firmness to your performance review conversation will motivate your people to pull their own weight. Any slackers or under-performing team members may also be inspired by your positivity, rise to your expectations and make a turnaround in their performance. When you adjust the way you conduct your performance review conversations, you will experience a transformation in your results and relationships.
