Lean Thinking in Finance - Finance Process Simplification

Profile of Ramesh Rao
Ramesh Rao holds Degree in Engineering and in Finance, an MBA in Supply Chain & Strategic Finance. He is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, certified Lean Master, certified Design Thinking facilitator and a certified supply chain practitioner. Ramesh last held the position as Global Finance Controller for a US MNC & successfully helped simplify internal finance process, consolidated the finance organization to improve efficiency & spearheaded companywide cost efficiency efforts. Previous to his position as Global finance controller position, Ramesh held Regional Operations lead position supervising 3 factories across Asia. Currently Ramesh runs a business consultancy based in Singapore specializing in productivity improvement, turnarounds & transformation.
