How to Write a Successful Business Plan
In this course, participants learn about business viability first, then the format and the content for a business plan. It begins with looking for business opportunities, evaluation, and then the plan for the business. The participant will learn to organize and create a coherent business proposition that will serve as the roadmap for the entrepreneur and a guide for investors. The plan will cover the business model, value proposition, target customers, market and related industries, competitors, marketing, operation, management team and financials. An understanding of venture funding and the investors’ mindset will be covered to ensure the business plan is written to meet the needs of the investors as well.
