Methodology
In the workshop, we use a creative approach to problem solving to create impact. We will
unpack each step of the design thinking process with the design thinker's toolkit. Participants
will directly apply what they have learnt to untangle the complexities and explore innovative
ways to create real impact on their personal and work aspects.
The training programme uses short presentations and team activities to provide participants
with the confidence to better think and apply their newly learnt tools and techniques at work.
They will also engage in simulations and case studies throughout the workshop to entrench the
behaviours and skills advocated.
