    Cultural intelligence (CQ)  is the capability to function in culturally-diverse situations and the ability to deal with people from different cultural backgrounds and perspectives. Cultural intelligence is useful when you to travel often and when you have to work with different cultures in the workplace.

    Cultural intelligence (CQ) is a malleable competence and can be increased through training, coaching and structured exposure to foreign cultures. With our cultural intelligence course , you will develop higher CQ and higher CQ will lead to better cognitive, emotional and psychological adjustment in situations involving different or familiar cultures.
