    Activity
    It is a stressful world seemingly with too many tasks and not enough hours in the day.

    People sacrifice sleep, their health and time with loved ones so that they can complete these tasks.

    When the pressure and stress become too much, it affects team spirit, engagement, productivity and therefore revenue. In its worst form, it can lead to aggression or depression, bullying and even suicide.

    So how do we build mental resilience, deal with stress and pressure and still remain productive, happy and increasing revenue? By following the most effective mental resilience training that exists: The Military Model adapted for the Corporate Environment

    The good news:

    1. It is a simple process of learning how to process and prioritize information, combined with;
    2. The ability to effectively control time, combined with;
    3. Effective Communications skills; Within yourself and to others

    The challenge:

    You must practice these skills under stress and pressure!

    Dion Jensen as an ex-Soldier, ex-Police Officer and ex-Bodyguard, will take you through safe classroom techniques so that you can see which emotions are triggered when you are under stress and pressure.

    When you understand what emotions are triggered during situations of high stress and pressure, you can effectively manage them. This process of effectively managing the emotions such as fear and doubt while managing the tasks, is the process of building mental resilience.

    When you can switch off the emotion and focus on the task in its components only, you have reached the highest level of mental resilience if you can do this consistently.

    All that is left is to allow the emotion to back in, once the task has finished, so that its acknowledged, not buried away inside where it can cause harm, or pop up somewhere else later. This is critical self-care afterwards, so you do not become and unfeeling robot of a leader or manager, which will affect your connection and engagement and therefore trust of your team.
