    Mr. Tan Swee Heng is a highly interactive and engaging leadership trainer, facilitator and coach.     Swee Heng is a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). He is also certified in Solution-Focused Coaching, Action-Reflection-Learning Coach, Life Style Inventory (LSI), Leadership Impact (LI), Social Styles, Enneagram amongst others.

    He is also a Certified Professional Trainer with the International Professional Managers Association (UK) and is a member of the Singapore Institute of Management Toastmaster Club (Mandarin).

    Besides facilitating workshops, he also coaches executives at all levels, from C-Suite, managers transiting to bigger roles and new managers.

    Swee Heng was previously the head of Human Resource for Reed Business Asia Pacific and Deloitte Singapore. He also had previous work experience in the Ministry of Defence.
