There is no business outcome that is achieved without confident communication because communication that is confidently delivered builds trust.

From conveying your company vision and mission statement to your own staff, to your marketing message to the masses. Leaders cannot lead, managers cannot manage, and staff cannot work together without effective communication.

Sales teams cannot build rapport, leads cannot become sales and contracts and service agreements cannot happen without communication.

When conflict arises, it is communication that can be the source or the solution to the conflict.

Conflict is a natural component of business, yet most people are ill-equipped and avoid conflict at all costs.

However, conflict gives us the greatest opportunity to learn and grow.

For conflict to exist there must either be a clash of values or a perception of injustice.

Although most professionals can communicate, some more effectively than others, it is those that are confident in their communication that build the most rapport, close the most sales and are able to deal with conflict and negotiation.
