    Every one of us has experienced a disappointing loss in our own personal growth or leadership. How we have responded to those mistakes, errors, slips in judgment or just plain missing the goal has formed us even now. No bad experience has to ultimately defeat us. This course helps light the path to a more fulfilling life by examining loss, not from measuring what one does not have, but how loss can bring abundance. Every negative event or loss that occurs can become a great learning opportunity to take us all the newer and greater heights in our own lives.

    Life’s Greatest Lessons Are Gained From Our Losses:

    No one escapes life’s problems, failures and losses. If we are to make progress, we are to do so through life’s difficulties.

    While people are usually ready to talk about heir dreams, they are not well prepared to talk about their shortcomings. Most people don’t like to talk about their mistakes and failures. They don’t want to confront their losses. And when they do find themselves falling short, they may find themselves saying something trite such as "Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose". The message is, "hope to win, expect to lose, and live with the results either way".

    Successful people approach losing differently. They don’t try to brush failure under the rug. They don’t run away from their losses. Instead they think, "Sometimes you win, sometimes you learn". They understand life’s greatest lessons are gained from our losses - if we approach them the right way.
