The 2-day program includes the Influencing Styles Profiling Tool that reveals your dominant influencing style and shows you how versatile you are in switching across the four influencing styles. Understanding these influencing styles will also enable you to better identify them in others. This, in turn, will enable you to exert influence more effectively and effortlessly.

An alumnus of La Martiniere College, Lucknow, the National Defence Academy, Pune, and the Indian Military Academy, Dehra Dun, Mukul was commissioned as an officer in the SIKH LIGHT INFANTRY of the Indian Army in 1981.
