Managing change and cultural diversity is becoming an increasing concern in today’s business environment. Poor communication at work has caused an endless waste of time, stress and conflict. The significance of this workshop is to demonstrate how and why we need to adapt to change in a multi-cultural, multi-faceted business environment and the need for continuous improvement in the workplace. The challenge we all face today is to embrace change and be prepared in a volatile and uncertain business environment.
Objective
To outline the objectives of this training workshop, participants will be able to:
- To understand the significance of managing change in the organization
- Assessing the communication styles of peers and the individual
- Addressing the need for continuous improvement in the workplace
- Developing a stronger diversity quotient and managing adversity
- Build sound communication skills with peers and managers
- To learn the techniques to help maintain equilibrium and create constructive solutions through effective communication
- Understanding the impact of cross cultural diversity for organizational effectiveness

The 1 day training workshop covers the following aspects:
- The practice of various communication styles
- Mindset Change - Why is it important for this change?
- How to apply the principles leading to change management and continuous improvement at the workplace
- The 6-step strategy in implementing the Blueprint for Communicating and initiating Change at the Workplace
- How to build and sustain relationships at work with your peers and customers in a multi-cultural and diverse working environment

Jeffrey Williams is a Certificated Trainer and an Education Success Coach. He has been a public speaker and a trainer for the past 20 years.
Jeffrey's achievements and references include conducting various training programmes for management staffs and employees of organizations including MCYS, Singapore Power, NACLI (National Institute of Community Leadership) and students of Polytechnics. Jeffrey also trained officers and men of the Singapore Armed Forces Military Medicine Institute, National Environment Agency and Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, Singapore Armed Forces, NHST Asia Media, Singapore General Hospital and Healthway Medical Group, etc.
Jeffrey's forte is in customer service relationship management, Mastering Effective People Skills, negotiation skills, emotional intelligence for leaders and middle management, public speaking, presentation and leadership skills, tips and techniques of closing every sale, etc, Participants enjoyed and benefitted from the training and Jeffrey is currently doing a personal coaching for these participants. Jeffrey was also invited as a guest speaker by 93.8 Live Radio which focused on People Skills and Entrepreneurship. Jeffrey has regular oversea's training assignment including Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia.
