In the 2,500-year-old book, the Art of War, military strategist Sun Tzu writes: "Invincibility lies in one’s own hands but the enemy’s vulnerability is of his own making."

In today’s context, this means we have a choice over whether to be successful or not, and thereby have control over whether to succeed or fail. This shall be the theme of this one-day enlightening and entertaining seminar cum interactive, fun-filled workshop, whereby author and internationally-acclaimed speaker KHOO KHENG-HOR will show the delegates how to apply certain key principles from the Art of War to come up with strategies which are necessary for acquiring the competitive edge to become winners. Even if they are already winners, it is still crucial that they do not lapse into complacency but must yet work harder to ensure their winning streak.
    Objective
By the end of this seminar/workshop, the delegates will develop and/or enhance the "winner’s mindset" to give them the competitive edge, and improve their skill in handling people and situations.
    Outline
    • Introducing Sun Tzu’s Art of War.
    • Why Winners are Winners - Discover the "secrets" that set winners apart from the rest of the crowd.
    • Effective "Generalship" - Identify and cultivate the five crucial habits and avoid the five dangerous faults so as to enhance your leadership qualities..
    • Workshop: Am I a STAR General? - Find out your position for STAR generalship and then decide how to proceed from there.
    • Workshop: Video discussion - Transfer the lessons from an ancient battlefield to today's workplace.
    Who should attend
Anyone who is responsible for delivering results for his/her corporation, will certainly benefit from this presentation.

Great coverage. Just enough materials covered for a 1-day seminar. The pace of delivery was perfect. Mr. Khoo Kheng-Hor did a fantastic job because he is very passionate about sharing his thoughts and experience. He was very animated and keeps us engaged
    Singapore Refining Company Pte Ltd

Topic is very interesting, especially how it is still relevant to modern industry even though the book was written a long time ago. A very animated and dynamic trainer, it was a pleasure to meet him and hear about his experiences. The best part of the course is listening to his personal experiences and sharing that ties in with the learning.
