    • Pre-wiring a meeting to minimise surprises and maximise agreement
    • Preparing a conducive environment for the meeting


    2. Running The Perfect Meeting
    • Reviewing the agenda, objectives and ground rules
    • Facilitation skills and tips
    • Encouraging active participation
    • Reading and using body language
    • Dealing and intervening with disruptors


    3. Closing the Perfect Meeting
    • Getting clarity and commitment on decisions and follow up action
    • Creating a simple meeting summary document with follow up actions
