Improving business performance and enjoying a competitive advantage are the main focus of management. An IBM 2010 study identified three capabilities that will enable organisations to be effective and succeed in the market place. One of these capabilities refers to ‘cultivating creative leaders’. Creativity was cited as one of the top most important qualities of an effective leader. Creative thinking is a skill that can be developed. Everyone can learn to see things differently to turn problem and challenging issues into opportunities.
The one day training session will be facilitated using a range of experiential activities to enable the participants understand the features and characteristics of an innovative organisation with opportunities to explore the Creative Thinking and Innovation process.
