"Birds of a feather flock together" and yet "In diversity, there is strength" - two somewhat conflicting idioms that imply that people get along with those that are just like them, and yet, some of the strongest relationships are forged by those who are different.

The "reality" is that each of us is different and your personality and skill sets (like emotional intelligence) alone cannot guarantee successful relationships, it depends on understanding and adapting to the personality of the other party/parties as well. People that get along generally understand each other. It follows then, that having an understanding of personalities (yours and others’) can help you develop good relationships.

This one day workshop will introduce participants to various universal personality types so that they can develop an understanding of the thoughts and actions of the different personality types. Understanding these personality types allows participants to understand themselves and other better, allowing better relationships to be built.
    Objective
    1. To learn about the 9 personality types of the ENNEAGRAM ™ Spectrum and how they manifest themselves.
    2. To understand that within each personality type, there are sub-personalities that come to the fore in time of stress or in times of relaxation
    3. To recognise that sometimes personalities can be misread and a person’s behaviour may represent a lookalike personality
