    Essentials Skills to Increase Your Effectiveness, Efficiency And Enjoyment At Work

    It is designed to provide office administrators, supervisors of clerical and administrative staff and executive secretaries the opportunity to review and develop the interpersonal and professional administrative skills they need to do their jobs effectively, thereby contributing to their own, their boss’ and their organization’s success.
    At the end of this workshop, participants should be able to:

    All workshops conducted are skill-based. The learning environment is highly interactive between the workshop leader and participants, and among the participants themselves. Peer learning from sharing experiences will be strongly encouraged. Learning methods include short inputs, group exercises and feedback, questionnaires, discussions and role- plays using both case studies and real-life situations.
    Caroline's Profile
    Caroline’s 18-year professional work experience as a Corporate Trainer has required her to market the value of her programs and persuade clients to value and understand the urgency of good communication and management skills in the work force. As an ACTA certified WSQ trainer, She has also worked with the Workforce Development Agency of Singapore to develop training content for the Employability Skills System where she successfully attained industry approved competencies in conducting, planning and designing competency based assessments for workshops.

    Her experience in working with public and private sector training has become one of her training strengths. Participants of her training workshops attest to her motivational, instructional and highly experiential training methodology. Caroline has trained operational, supervisory and managerial staff from various organisations.

    She has attained the Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) certification through the London Teacher Training College and teaches English as a foreign language. Caroline is also a business and environmental journalist by profession; an MBTI®, DISC, Enneagram, Lumina Spark and Emotion Accredited Administrator/Practitioner and she has administered the tools to top level managers and supervisors on managing their leadership styles and team members.​
