    It is not possible to avoid work stress and excessive stress can interfere with productivity and impact physical and emotional well-being. What you need to do is to learn to manage your stress. Your ability to deal with stress can mean the difference between your success or failure.
    You are definitely not powerless. Although you can’t control everything in your work environment, you can always control your reactions to the stress - even when you’re stuck in a real difficult situation - when you know how.

    Objective
    During this course, you will be introduced to concept, techniques and strategies to effectively manage stress at your work.
    You will be guided to develop ways to maintain steady focus throughout the day, to be able do everything that needs to get done and still have energy left over after work and to keep your cool under heavy workplace demands.
