“The quality of decision is like the well-timed swoop of a falcon which enables it to strike and destroy its victim” Sun Tzu

Today’s businesses are driven by a result-orient and knowledge-intense environment, that is time-bound. Your ability to think swiftly and become aware of the situation you are in will allow you to come up with workable solutions that help resolve the issue or problem at hand. Many of the problems that we face requires a swift solution so as not to escalate the situation. This workshop will train you to think swiftly and accelerate the pace of your decision making. Sun Tzu said: “Ponder and deliberate before you make your move” and once you have made up your mind move in swiftly.

By becoming a swift thinker you could come up with a new range of ideas or solutions and make quicker decisions. Swift thinking shows you how you can create a pragmatic and practical thinking system that will enable your team and you to perform productively and achieve your intended result within the deadline given. When you generate the process of swift thinking you will shave of the unnecessary information and noises that clutters your clarity and create powerful new ideas, make better decisions faster and solve problems in just a few minutes instead of mulling through for hours.

Swift thinking engages the principle established in the acronym F.A.S.T. This means – Focus on the Big Picture; Assess the Situation you are in; Source for the solution and Trust your instincts.
