"Learn how to control and facilitate more effective meetings that focus on getting action and not time waster!"

90% of all meetings are badly chaired, and yet meetings take up to 50% of our time! We all attend a variety of meetings, which when chaired and conducted well, can help us to achieve our goals (with the support of others) in a more timely way. By introducing some relatively simple changes to the way we plan, structure and manage meetings, significant productivity gains and business benefits can be achieved, regardless of company size.

The 1 Day workshop is designed to give participants guidelines on the necessary planning, preparation, structure and processing of meetings to ensure successful outcomes. You will learn the skills, techniques and strategies to plan, facilitate and participate effectively in meetings of all kinds: from impromptu, on the spot discussions between colleagues, to formal presentations and meetings with external suppliers or clients.

It will also provide opportunities to practice chairing, facilitating and participating at meetings.
