    Sun Tzu Win Without Fighting is one of a series of books written by Khoo Kheng-Hor a well known author based on the Sun Tzu Art of War. Win Without Fighting effectively imparts techniques and methodology on how to handle conflict situations and develop a winning attitude without fighting or creating stress.
    Objective
    This one-day fun-filled interactive seminar/workshop is designed to instil some individual /team building strategies to enable change to your outlook of life through an awareness of how they can use the 500 BC military treatise, the Art of War by Sun Tzu to develop the right attitude and adopt the most appropriate approach for positioning themselves to avoid unnecessary conflicts and where necessary, how to effectively handle conflict situations.

    • Introducing Sun Tzu’s Art of War.
    • Victory starts with Empathy - Realize the "source" that triggers off most conflict and
      how empathy can win us victories without fighting.
    • Count our Blessings - Discover how appreciation of our blessings, no matter how small, can make a great difference in preventing conflict.
    • Manage our Temper - Learn simple but effective techniques for managing temper.
    • Build a Strong Foundation - Equip ourselves with the means to develop, maintain and project goodwill, and learn the various techniques to avoid conflicts as well as to resolve them.
    • Workshops - Enjoy transfer of learning, and thought-provoking reinforcement through specially-designed workshops that come along with the presentation.

    Khoo Kheng-Hor 'hung up his sword' in 1999 when he was 43 years old, to quit the corporate world for a carefree life in the mountain, with his wife, Judy, and Bandit (a Yorkshire terrier). There, he concentrates on his writing. He has published 27 business and management books (most of which are based on the 500 BC Sun Tzu's Art of War), two Christian books, and four novels, two of which, Taikor and Sifu, were nominated for the 2006 and 2011 International IMPAC Dublin Literary Award.

    After Judy was called home by the Lord in 2007, followed by Bandit in 2010, Khoo, being a sought-after speaker on Sun Tzu's Art of War in contemporary business and management at corporate in-house seminars and conferences, still travels some five to 10 days each month throughout the region to 'suntzunize' his audience.

    As a consultant/trainer to the Singapore Police Force since 1995, he was conferred the rank of a honorary Assistant Superintendent of Police in 1997, and promoted to Deputy Superintendent in 2009
