    Chong Yuen Yeo's Profile
    Chong Yuen has more than 18 years of experience working in matrix organization for high technology multinationals. He has held various people and functional leadership positions, nurturing talents and driving business growth in the Asia Pacific region. These accomplishments require skills of empathetic communication and collaboration, and a keen sensitivity to diversity and needs for self-actualization.

    Over the course of his career, Chong Yuen has delivered numerous trainings. Chong Yuen’s approach to training is to stay fully engaged during the workshop, and be available to help after its completion. His trainings are invariably described as "engaging", "passionate" and "methodical". His extensive experience in people development and delivering knowledge makes Chong Yuen a highly effective trainer.

    Chong Yuen is a mindfulness practitioner. Mindfulness enables a person to maximize one’s potential, but doing so with joy and compassion. Mindfulness is the "master" of all skills, and defines Chong Yuen’s trainings and coaching.

    Chong Yuen is the founder of Serenade of Life. He is now living his passion as a full time trainer and coach. He has a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (National University of Singapore), and is currently pursuing a Master Degree in Counselling (Monash University).
