In today’s fast paced and high tech world, organisations and individuals have to deal with change on a regular basis. Whether it is change in technology, change in work processes, change in organisation culture due to a merger or new management style. We constantly need to adapt to change or we may become obsolete. Those of us who are able to adapt quickly to change will be able to survive and excel in new environments. Often there is resistance to change in organisations because those affected are not willing or do not see the benefits of change. This programme will emphasise the benefits of change and how to deal with changes in the workplace as well as our general environment in a positive manner. Those of us who are willing to change with the times will find many benefits and be able to make use of opportunities that are available in the ever changing environment.

Those who need to learn techniques to cope with changes in the workplace as a result of organiational change, change of business models or operating environment. Those who would like to learn how to adapt effectively to a changing world
Methodology
Bt looking at examples via videos on change management scenarios. They will be guided on how to anticipate change through step by step methodology. Case studies of successful individuals and organisations that embraced change will be presented. They will also discuss examples of change which has affected them and adopt techniques that have been successfully applied by others.

Speaker Profile
James Suresh is a multi-talented trainer and best-selling author. He has over 18 years of training experience. The co-creator of Singapore’s comic icon ‘Mr. Kiasu’, James has written comic books and recently wrote and published a best-selling illustrated book on Singapore which has won two awards.
He is an accredited PR practitioner, a certified FISH trainer as well as an EQ Trainer with Six Seconds Inc (USA) an NLP practitioner and a certified teacher with NIE. James holds a Masters in Communication Management and a Bachelors in Business Administration.
James has been featured on news radio in the ‘Positive Business Minutes’ series and on Channel News Asia for his role in promoting community cohesion and interaction. He has also been featured in press advertisements promoting the Singapore Kindness movement.
