As the adage says "Prevention is better than cure", SPC helps monitor & control the process and ensure products or services are delivered as per customer expectation. SPC, also acts as a continuous improvement tool and help measure and analyse process variation & provide advanced warning, so that, appropriate actions can be taken to bring the process back in control, thus improve the process & product quality. The one-day interactive introductory workshop provides the participants necessary skillset in understanding of SPC, setting up, maintaining & monitoring of SPC, identifying, analysing & controlling Out of Control situation. Using the proprietary simulation hands on tools, facilitator will ensure the SPC course is taught in simple & practical way so that participants don’t need any statistical background to learn & apply SPC in real life situations
